Many students in the Master of Science in Medical Education Leadership (MMEL) are already scholars in their field. Leonid Skorin, Jr., OD, DO, FAAO, FAOCO (Mayo Health Systems & Assistant Professor of Mayo Clinic College of Medicine), has been invited to the 2010 Hawaii Ocular Disease Symposium on Oahu.  He will give two lectures: "Ocular Emergencies of the Anterior Segment" and "Glaucoma Laser Alphabet Soup."  In addition, he will present a workshop on the  "Neurologic Office Exam."
