It's time once again, to kick off our Adopt-A-Family tradition.  For those of you that are new to UNE, UNEfied (the UNE staff organization) coordinates the adoption of several families who are having a tough go of it and buys Christmas gifts for them.  This year we will be putting up  "Christmas Trees" in Decary Lobby, Stella Maris, and the Campus Center where you can select "ornaments" off the trees with gift items listed on them.  Attach your ornament to your gift either wrapped or unwrapped and return to either Lucille Smith 1st Floor Decary Hall, or Ellen Parsons/Denise Gendron 1st Floor Decary Hall, Liz Havu, Campus Center, or Denise Cross, Stella Maris.
 
This year we have 5 families in need.  Trees will go up next week in the locations above.
 
In the past UNE has been incredibly generous with its giving and I have no doubt that we will be again this year and by starting earlier this year it is hoped that it will allow people more time to shop for their gifts.
