Support Pi Theta Epsilon and Promote Occupational Therapy

posted Apr 15, 2011, 8:05 AM by mspencer1@une.edu

In order to promote the field of occupational therapy and the importance of
meaningful occupations, Pi Theta Epsilon (the OT honor society) will be
hosting the 2nd Annual *Meaningful Occupation Auction and Bake Sale on **April
28, 2011 from 10-4 in Alexander Hall!** *This silent auction was very
successful last year and we are looking to do it again to raise money for
local organizations. Depending on how much is raised, some of the funds will
also go towards a scholarship for one undergraduate OT student at UNE.

For this event to happen, we need your help! We would like to auction off
your *services* or the *products* of your own "meaningful occupations," as
well as those of your friends in the community. Some items auctioned off
last year included lessons and instructions, gift certificates to local
businesses, plants, baked goods, and an outdoor trip.
