Tai Chi Chih is a non martial form of Tai Chi that is a moving meditation for all ages designed to help reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system. It's FREE, fun, and relaxing!

If you are interested, spots are available for the following classes beginning the week of February 6, 2012 on the Biddeford Campus:
Beginners: Monday 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
Beginners: Monday 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.*
Beyond Beginners: Wednesday 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.* (For those who have taken the Tai Chi Chih Beginners course)
Please note: Classes are NOT drop-in as each class lesson builds from the previous.
*There is a minimum participant requirement and, if not met, this class will be canceled.
