Multicultural Affairs and the Southern Maine Hillel will host a Shabbat Dinner for the first night of Chanukah. Join members UNE's Jewish community, friends and others interested in learning more about this Jewish holiday- menorah lighting, dreidle, latkes, and more.  RSVP dgaspar@une.edu



MLK, Jr. Colors of a Dream - Art-making Workshop

Join the Martin Luther King, Jr. Task Force for a hands-on, fun, evening of textile art- making. Using fabrics, colors, inspirational quotes from Dr. King and your own creativity and imagination, create an orginal textile piece oft artwork to be displayed during the MLK, Jr. Celebration.  Workshop facilitated by Professor Nancy Rankin. No "art" experience necessary - just an open-mind and interest in trying something creative and different.
