Dr. David M. Biondi is currently a Senior Director of clinical research and development for Ortho-McNeil Janssen Scientific Affairs, a Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Company, in Raritan, New Jersey. Prior to joining J&J, David had established himself as a well-recognized and respected authority in the fields of Headache and Pain Medicine. He was Director of the Headache Management and Pain Rehabilitation Program at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and Consultant in Headache Management as an Assistant Neurologist in the Department of Neurology at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. David had previously served as Director of the Headache Division at the Michigan Head Pain and Neurological Institute in Ann Arbor, Michigan and as Director of the Pain Management Program at Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia. David graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Pharmacy from Long Island University, Schwartz College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences in Brooklyn, NY. He received a Doctor of Osteopathy from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating at the top of his class. He completed a transitional Medical Internship at the US Naval Hospital in San Diego, CA and Neurology Residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD.
