The Office of Pre-Health Professions Advising is offering you an opportunity to WIN a free MCAT course from Kaplan. Kaplan MCAT courses cost over $1500.00 and this is your chance to win an opportunity to improve your MCAT scores for free.
We are doing our free MCAT prep contest again.
To enter this competition:
1.) Write an essay detailing your goals for your future in medicine, your academic achievements and challenges, and how you are preparing for medical school inside and outside of the classrooms at UNE.
On the first page of this essay, please list your name, PRN number, major, GPA, contact information including summer phone, mailing address, email, and year of graduation. This essay text should begin on a second page, and should be no longer than one full page.The essay should be single spaced, 1.5 inch margins, 12 Times New Roman font.
2.) Please comment in your essay about any financial restraints that would otherwise prevent you from taking an MCAT preparatory course.
3.) You must be a currently enrolled UNE College of Arts and Sciences or College of Health Professions student who will complete the Kaplan course by June 2011 and be prepared to take the MCAT by August 2011. Courses may be taken online or in person. Students currently enrolled in a Kaplan MCAT course are not eligible to seek repayment for such courses.
