The Spring Registration process for Clubs and Organizations for the 2011-2012 academic year has started. The following forms are due on April 29th by 5PM: (1) Club/Organization Registration Form, (2) Officer Contact Form, (3) Club/Organization Constitution, and (4) Club/Organization General Information Form. All of these forms are available on the C&O Resource site. If you do not have access to the site or do not know how to find the site, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may help you. Please turn in a paper copy of the Club/Organization Registration Form to Danielle St. Onge in the Campus Center Administrative Offices. All other forms must be submitted electronically to Danielle St. Onge at email@example.com.
Although clubs and organizations are not required to register in the spring, we highly encourage you to do complete this process in the spring. There are several benefits for registering your club/organization in the spring compared to the fall: (1) one less thing for you to do in the fall, (2) gives us your contact information for the next academic year, (3) guarantees that your club/organization will be in the new student involvement guide, and (4) guarantees your club/organization a spot at the Fall Involvement Fair.
