Carolyn Gage, lesbian-feminist playwright, director, and activist will talk about her latest show, Greetings from Lesbos, Maine featuring stories and history of famous lesbians from Maine (or who spent time in Maine). The author of five books on lesbian theatre and fifty-five plays, musicals, and one-woman shows, Gage specializes in non-traditional roles for women, especially those reclaiming famous lesbians whose stories have been distorted or erased from history.
